Front Desk supports outbound AI-assisted voice campaigns only when the applicable workspace and recipient satisfy the platform's voice compliance controls. A discovered, imported, or publicly available telephone number does not by itself establish consent to receive AI-generated or artificial-voice marketing calls.
1. Written AI voice consent
A business may invite a prospect through another channel, such as email, to review an optional consent page. The page identifies the business, asks the recipient to provide a telephone number and name, presents an unchecked AI voice consent box, explains that the calls may use an artificial or AI-generated voice, and states that consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Separate channel choices
AI voice consent and marketing SMS consent are separate permissions. A recipient may choose voice only, SMS only, both, or neither. Granting one permission does not grant the other.
3. Evidence retained
Front Desk records evidence needed to demonstrate the recipient's choice, including the business identity, consent language and version, telephone number, signer name for AI voice consent, timestamp, consent-request reference, and protected network and browser evidence. Consent records are scoped to the identified business and are not shared as blanket permission for unrelated businesses.
4. Withdrawal and Do Not Call
A recipient may withdraw AI voice consent at any time by asking the business not to call, using a supported opt-out mechanism, or otherwise communicating a clear Do Not Call request. Front Desk maintains suppression records so later campaigns can block the number for that business.
5. Additional campaign controls
Written consent does not by itself guarantee that a call will be placed. Front Desk may also apply National Do Not Call checks, business-specific suppression, line-type review, jurisdiction and registration requirements, permitted calling windows, seller identity requirements, and other safeguards before dialing.
